Get the ball rolling in your community by having the "medical cannabis conversation" with people with whom you normally interact--including your doctor and other medical personnel. Every visit to your doctor's office is another opportunity to advocate.
Start the conversation also with your family, friends and others in your community. Help bring this issue into the mainstream so Kansans can become comfortable with the idea of medical cannabis!

Write letters to editors. Start small; write to your community newsletters and small town newspapers about your own or your loved one's need for medical cannabis. Usually you can request that your name be withheld if you wish to remain anonymous.
